Business Operations Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire BizOps portfolio by prioritizing initiatives, establishing deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and delivering measurable results.

• Implement the Customer Success operating model, which encompasses capacity planning, workload management, account assignments, and organizational design.

• Propel AI integration within Customer Success, from identifying opportunities to full production implementation and evaluating usage metrics.

• Develop executive dashboards and facilitate weekly operational reviews, monthly business assessments, and provide leadership reports ready for decision-making.

• Collaborate across functions including Customer Success, RevOps, Product, Engineering, AI, Finance, and Data.

• Resolve dependencies, escalate issues promptly, and ensure continuous progress on initiatives.

• Measure the impact of initiatives by assessing efficiency improvements, productivity enhancements, manual work reduction, customer outcomes, and return on investment.

• Create a robust BizOps team by recruiting, mentoring, and sustaining high performance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in BizOps, Strategy, RevOps, Customer Success Operations, or consulting roles.

• Proven history of implementing operational systems rather than merely suggesting them.

• Demonstrated experience in leading managers and cross-functional initiatives to completion within set deadlines.

• Strong analytical capabilities and structured problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in working with data; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is advantageous.

• Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management abilities, including encouraging senior leaders towards decisions and holding colleagues accountable.

• A proactive builder mindset with a tendency towards action.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Preferred experience in B2B SaaS and AI-driven workflows.
