Business Intelligence Lead – IAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Tasked with enhancing IAM through the reimagining of organized processes, business intelligence, and AI-driven automation.

• Assess L1 and L2 IAM workflows, pinpointing inefficiencies and service deficiencies.

• Convert operational obstacles into quantifiable improvement initiatives.

• Update workflows and implement intelligent automation.

• Enhance the overall business impact, service accessibility, and engagement with IAM services.

• Improve the customer experience for internal stakeholders while bolstering the efficiency and reliability of IAM operations.

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to collect feedback and uncover opportunities for enhancing the overall experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in IAM, Cyber Security, IT Operations, or roles focused on operational transformation.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Identity & Access Management lifecycle and operational workflows.

• Proven ability to transform operational inefficiencies into well-structured, actionable improvement plans.

• Experience in designing or executing automation using Azure and enterprise platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to convert data into prioritized actions.

• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without having direct authority.

• Clear and structured communicator adept at conveying operational strategies and measurable results.
