• Develop and sustain dashboards and reports utilizing BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and process issues within reporting through data analysis

• Propose enhancements to workflows and reporting practices

• Facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout the organization

• Maintain documentation related to reporting, definitions, and best practices

• Assist in enhancing data organization and reporting frameworks

• Offer support and guidance to junior analysts as necessary

• THE ROLE

• We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager who will take charge of our reporting and analytics while collaborating closely with teams across various regions. This role is both hands-on and business-oriented—you will be accountable for building dashboards, enhancing reporting, and assisting teams in making informed decisions through data.

• The position will oversee the daily BI and reporting functions—constructing dashboards, translating business requirements into data solutions, and ensuring that stakeholders have access to clear and reliable insights. You will also contribute to process improvements using data and support the ongoing development of our analytics capabilities.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

• BI Operations & Documentation

• - Maintain reporting documentation, definitions, and best practices

• - Assist in improving data organization and reporting frameworks

• - Offer support and guidance to junior analysts as needed
