Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards for clinical and operational stakeholders.

• Evaluate clinic performance metrics such as patient volume, revenue, throughput, and staffing efficiency.

• Deliver customized and actionable insights to boost operational performance in both franchised and corporate clinics.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reporting systems.

• Serve as a communication link between clinical field operators and technical analytics teams.

• Collect and document business requirements from non-technical stakeholders.

• Convert operational needs into precise technical specifications for BI developers and data engineers.

• Present findings and insights in a comprehensible and engaging data and impact "story."

• Oversee multiple BI-related projects simultaneously, from initiation to delivery.

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.

• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with business priorities.

• Identify risks and escalate issues when necessary.

• Monitor and manage incoming analytics requests through ticketing systems.

• Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests.

• Maintain documentation and status updates for all ongoing requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Power BI.

• Strong SQL skills with a focus on cloud data warehouses (Snowflake is preferred).

• Experience with ticketing systems, including Monday.com and Azure DevOps.
