Business Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Analyze sales data, repair statistics, and upgrade performance metrics to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

• Create and implement dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

• Attain a solid understanding of the elevator industry.

• Develop and sustain data models that align with long-term strategic goals.

• Perform in-depth analytics on customer behavior, portfolio performance, and service history.

• Assist in formulating business cases for new repair initiatives.

• Ensure the accuracy, governance, and integrity of data across various sources.

• Assess business processes to pinpoint areas where AI could streamline workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Expertise in data modeling and translating it to PowerBI, Sigma, or other contemporary cloud BI tools.

• Advanced SQL capabilities with practical experience in Snowflake.

• Proven track record of delivering results efficiently.

• Process-oriented and proactive in approach.

• Demonstrable experience utilizing data and analytics to influence outcomes and decision-making.

• Ability to simplify complex or diverse data sources while maintaining focus on the intended purpose of KPIs and reports for informed decision-making.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
