Budgets and Forecast Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial budget and forecasts for the Engineering department.

• Design and implement solutions utilizing these technologies to address business challenges related to financial reporting.

• Create custom templates, solutions, and other reusable components to enhance the development process.

• Develop workflows, data integrations, and custom dashboards using Power Automate and Power BI.

• Construct and maintain data models, data flows, and data visualizations with Power BI.

• Conduct functional and operational controlling and reporting.

• Support the preparation of the annual Engineering budget.

• Align and track global Statements of Work (SOW).

• Manage SAP administration tasks.

• Generate special finance reports as requested by customers and senior leadership within the organization.

• Organize the reporting structure for all cost centers (WBS levels).

• Facilitate the workflow for requisitions and invoice tracking and approval.

• Maintain an organizational flow matrix for all approval levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Process, Mechanical Engineering, or Finance within the Automotive sector is mandatory.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in forecasting and budgeting.

• Proficiency in developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint) and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, etc.).

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Experience with SAP.

• Experience in the Automotive sector is required.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
