This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the financial planning process, including the consolidation of group results, profit and loss statements, annual budgets, quarterly/monthly forecasts, and long-term planning, ensuring alignment of assumptions with various business areas.
• Conduct performance analyses comparing Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast vs. Prior Year, identifying discrepancies, root causes, and recommending action plans for Expenses, Cost of Goods Sold, and Capital Expenditures (CapEx).
• Create and maintain comprehensive financial models using Excel and/or Business Intelligence (BI) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools such as Power BI and SAP BPC/SAC.
• Compile monthly management reports for Executive Management, the Board, and shareholders, which include dashboards, financial and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as analyses of margins, revenues, and expenses.
• Direct in-depth analysis of management profit and loss statements by business unit.
• Drive automation and continuous enhancement of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes, aiming to decrease turnaround times and elevate the quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Controllership, Treasury, and operational departments to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of information.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, Controllership, or Management Control roles.
• In-depth understanding of financial modeling, management profit and loss analysis, and performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strong analytical skills to detect trends, risks, and opportunities from extensive datasets.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions (complex formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, financial modeling).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in BI tools (Power BI) and/or EPM systems (SAP BPC/SAC).
• Familiarity with integrated ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Practical experience with SAP will be viewed as a significant advantage.
