Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality visual assets that align with the brand across various marketing channels;

• Incorporate motion into design projects through animation and dynamic elements;

• Take charge of motion-related work when applicable;

• Transform creative briefs into impactful visual concepts and bring them to life;

• Collaborate closely with the Brand Design Supervisor and team to ensure on-brand creative execution;

• Contribute visual ideas to campaign development;

• Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines while preparing and delivering assets in multiple formats;

• Work collaboratively with other teams to fulfill brand and business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design positions;

• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality, brand-consistent design work across various formats, including motion projects;

• Strong foundation in design principles such as typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy;

• Experience in digital, social media, campaign, and print design formats;

• Proficient in motion design tools (e.g., After Effects) for creating basic animations;

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of craftsmanship and consistency;

• Capability to convert creative direction into polished, high-quality deliverables;

• Background in brand campaigns within the entertainment or creator-focused platforms;

• Experience designing for live events, activations, or branded merchandise;

• Team-oriented and comfortable working under creative direction;

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
