This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Direct the creative vision of the brand, shaping and refining the visual brand identity while developing systems that ensure uniformity across all visual components, aligning them with the company's objectives.
• Guide and mentor the brand design team, currently composed of two graphic designers and one motion designer.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce impactful campaign materials and in-app experiences that resonate with our business objectives and brand identity.
• Partner with the Head of Design (your supervisor) and the Product Design Leads to maintain consistency across all touchpoints and enhance the Doist Brand and Design.
• Contribute to and uphold our shared design system and component library.
• Discover innovative solutions and utilize emerging technologies, such as AI, to empower the team in delivering high-quality results.
• Manage relationships with in-house talent and freelancers to broaden our creative capabilities.
• Utilize data and user insights to continually refine and enhance our design solutions.
• Supervise design projects with effective communication and efficient project management.
• Demonstrated experience in a team leadership or management position and a senior-level brand or visual design role.
• A robust portfolio showcasing your expertise in various marketing channels and brand identity development.
• Proficient in establishing and maintaining AI workflows for asset production, templating, and iteration, ensuring brand quality remains intact.
• Experience in contributing to and maintaining shared design systems and component libraries.
• Proven ability in measuring and enhancing design performance.
• Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous environment, communicating clearly and proactively.
• Background in B2B SaaS.
• Skills in illustration and animation.
• Experience with user research and conducting interviews.
