This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in the implementation of brand strategies and communication campaigns.
• Coordinate and monitor project timelines (PMO).
• Help tailor global campaigns to fit the local market.
• Collaborate with agencies to oversee deliverables and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure cohesive alignment among all relevant departments (Marketing, Communications, etc.).
• Aid in the evaluation and approval of creative materials and content.
• Track campaign performance and compile data and reports.
• Contribute to enhancing processes and organizing incoming requests.
• Prior experience in marketing, branding, or communications.
• Familiarity with marketing campaigns and/or project management.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience collaborating with agencies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across various departments.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Proficient in English.
• Preferred: experience in consumer goods / beverages (FMCG).
• Experience using project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.).
• Understanding of campaign data analysis.
