Brand Ambassador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Firestone Walker's brewing processes and brand information.

• Support and coordinate off-site events where Firestone Walker beer is sold or represented, as directed by the Field Marketing Manager.

• Securely transport beer, retail items, or event equipment to and from event locations.

• Set up, dismantle, and clean pouring stations at various event sites.

• Serve beer tastings while engaging with and educating consumers during events.

• Possess basic knowledge of maintenance for the event equipment utilized.

• Be equipped to answer fundamental questions regarding general beer knowledge, Firestone Walker products and brands, and the company itself.

• Ensure adherence to FW brand standards at all events.

• Assist with promotional activities for accounts as required.

• Help identify and connect with local influencers within the assigned region.

• Report to and maintain regular communication with the Field Marketing Manager at least once a month for updates.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in marketing, branding, and draft operations.

• Some previous experience in event planning and beer pouring.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

• Responsible Beverage Service certification.

• Documentation proving legal driving eligibility.

• Exceptionally friendly and outgoing personality.

• Capability to persuade consumers and articulate reasons for purchasing our products.

• Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel for events.
