Brand Ambassador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conducts store visits with an emphasis on enhancing brand and product recognition among retailers and consumers.

• Evaluates priorities and organizes tasks and/or schedules based on observations made in each store.

• Strategically plans store visits by identifying the unique needs and required materials for each retailer.

• Delivers real-time information regarding assigned stores through the use of a tablet device to complete surveys and submit reports from the field.

• Performs inventory checks and collaborates with retailer and NBA management to resolve discrepancies.

• Develops relationships and maintains communication with store staff and management.

• Oversees display components and Point of Purchase (POP) inventory.

• Sets up and maintains displays and display cases, including performing repairs and cleaning tasks.

• Replenishes products and strategically positions retail marketing POP to enhance the visibility of Nintendo, ensuring adherence to merchandising tactics.

• Employs selling techniques and product knowledge to assist customers in their purchasing choices.

• Conducts product demonstrations and offers education to store staff, including both individual and group presentations, during store visits, weekend demonstrations, and external events.

• Collects insights from the field and relays them to NBA management, providing both written reports and digital photographs.

• Engages in an annual conference, monthly team calls, and product training sessions.

• Covers long-distance locations through phone calls and occasional visits.

• May offer support coverage for adjacent territories upon request.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of relevant retail experience.

• Strong basic math skills.

• Accurate counting abilities.

• Proficiency in using a computer, tablet, and/or smartphone.

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications; e.g., Excel, Outlook.

• Familiarity with Nintendo products or the ability to quickly learn about them.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage.
