This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Develop connectors and automated checks in Big Data to validate reporting facts (payment, amount, channel, status, dates).
β’ Design and implement a 360Β° Timeline integrating transactional events and customer interactions.
β’ Combine multiple internal sources into a unified view of the journey, ensuring end-to-end traceability.
β’ Operationalize the recurring routine "new case β dossier β checks β timeline β cause β recommendation".
β’ Create dashboards and indicators that will support decisions for process, system, and communication improvements.
β’ Education: Bachelor's degree.
β’ Fields of Study: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related areas.
β’ Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
β’ Experience in building pipelines and queries in Big Data environments.
β’ Event-driven data modeling (timeline, temporal ordering, joins of heterogeneous sources).
β’ Familiarity with integrating multiple internal data sources.
β’ Version control with Git and documentation of pipelines.
β’ Experience with Spark/PySpark, Hive, or equivalent corporate Big Data environments (preferred).
β’ Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for executive dashboards (preferred).
β’ Knowledge of pipeline orchestration (Airflow or equivalent) (preferred).
β’ Previous experience in the financial/banking sector or customer service journeys (preferred).
β’ Understanding of NLP/LLM for integration with the Master front (preferred).
β’ Knowledge of LGPD and handling of sensitive data (preferred).
β’ Availability: 40 hours per week.
β’ Duration: 12 months.
β’ Stipend: R$ 7,000.00.
β’ Work: Remote.
