• Preparing and collecting client declarations

• At least 6 months of experience handling humanitarian immigration cases (VAWA, T Visa, U Visa)
• Proficient in taking declarations and drafting legal documents
• Fundamental understanding of immigration legal documents, processes, and workflows
• Proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Strong command of drafting, grammar, syntax, and legal style in writing
• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting
• Strong client communication abilities characterized by clarity, empathy, and professionalism
• High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
• Quick learner of new processes, workflows, and legal concepts
• Client-oriented perspective with sensitivity towards humanitarian cases
• Analytical mindset and ability to organize information logically
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in case requirements or regulations
• Competitive pay: Base hourly wage ranging from $7–$12 USD/hour, depending on experience. Potential for an increase after six months!
