
Bilingual HHA Compliance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Review and verify that all HHA files adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Confirm medical documentation, including physical exams, PPD/Quantiferon tests, immunizations, and other necessary clearances.
• Accurately maintain and update caregiver records in HHA Exchange in a timely manner.
• Monitor compliance expirations and proactively follow up with caregivers regarding renewals.
• Communicate with caregivers to collect any missing documentation and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with recruitment and onboarding teams to ensure caregivers are cleared to begin cases.
• Assist with audits and ensure preparedness for DOH and internal compliance reviews.
• Track and report on compliance status, expirations, and deficiencies.
• Ensure that all documentation is correctly uploaded and maintained within the system.
• Previous experience in home care compliance is required.
• Strong working knowledge of HHA Exchange is essential.
• Familiarity with HHA medical requirements and onboarding documentation is necessary.
• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
