
Bilingual HHA Compliance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Review and verify that all HHA files comply with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Validate medical documentation, including physicals, PPD/Quantiferon tests, immunizations, and other necessary clearances.
• Accurately maintain and update caregiver records in HHA Exchange in a timely manner.
• Monitor expiration of compliance and proactively follow up with caregivers for renewals.
• Communicate with caregivers to gather any missing documentation and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with recruitment and onboarding teams to ensure caregivers are cleared to begin their cases.
• Support audits and prepare for DOH and internal compliance reviews.
• Track and report on compliance status, expirations, and deficiencies.
• Ensure all documentation is appropriately uploaded and maintained within the system.
• Previous experience in home care compliance is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of HHA Exchange is a must.
• Familiarity with HHA medical requirements and onboarding documentation is required.
• Proficiency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is necessary.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities are expected.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Outstanding communication and follow-up skills are essential.
• A self-starter with a proactive and motivated work ethic is preferred.
