
Bilingual Digital Marketing Manager – Digital Growth, Delivery, & Loyalty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take charge of the growth strategy and performance for digital channels, encompassing online ordering, third-party delivery, and loyalty programs.
• Responsible for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as digital sales mix, conversion rates, frequency, average check size, and customer retention.
• Manage day-to-day planning and execution activities across all digital platforms.
• Lead the continuous management and enhancement of third-party delivery platforms.
• Supervise the performance of social media, website, and SEO as integral components of the overall digital ecosystem.
• Act as a reliable digital partner for franchisees on all digital initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience if a degree is not held; an MBA is advantageous.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in quick-service restaurants (QSR), retail, or franchised settings.
• Proven track record in launching and scaling digital platforms, including online ordering, delivery, and/or loyalty systems.
• In-depth understanding of digital performance drivers, delivery ecosystems, and e-commerce optimization techniques.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners effectively without having direct authority.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally up to 10% of the time.
