Bilingual Customer Service Representative – English and French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• You will be accountable for delivering outstanding service to every customer.

• You will support customers with sales transactions, in-store pickups, and returns.

• You will address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions promptly.
