This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide assistance to individuals daily by answering calls, actively listening to comprehend customers' needs, and responding to their inquiries.
β’ Handle a consistent influx of incoming calls from clients while navigating various systems.
β’ Aid members in enrolling in the Medicare plan, disenrolling from their current plan, and processing claims related to their plan, among other tasks.
β’ Effectively learn and operate 30-40 different systems.
β’ Must possess fluency in both English and Spanish.
β’ Outstanding communication abilities.
β’ Successfully pass a customer service assessment and typing test.
β’ Proficient in keyboarding and software applications.
β’ Strong problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
β’ High school diploma, GED, or a college degree is required.
β’ Must successfully complete a mandatory paid training program.
β’ Completion of a background check is necessary for this position.

β’ Paid time off begins to accrue after 180 days of employment.
