• Gather, process, and enter commission statements from a variety of insurance providers.
• Evaluate commission transactions and verify them against bank statements.
• Oversee multiple deadlines to guarantee timely commission payments to agents.

• Carry out additional tasks related to the commissions department as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Prior experience in an IMO or at a carrier level is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
• Familiarity with Excel is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills are necessary.
• Ability to effectively manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
