This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with the User Support Team to address participant claim issues by answering inquiries and resolving tickets in our ticketing system.
• Provide support for the User Support Team as necessary, which includes handling calls from participants and service delivery staff.
• Accurately process client claims and service provider invoices in the case management system, ensuring compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.
• Review, process, and invoice all RSVP services to meet contractual standards as required.
• Conduct quality assurance for claims and invoices processed by fellow Claims Specialists.
• Respond to inquiries from field staff related to claims and other administrative matters via phone and secure messaging.
• Prepare cheques and EFT payments.
• Carry out filing, mailing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and improve skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Prior experience in claims processing or a financial services setting.
• Capability to consistently meet assigned targets and deadlines.
• High degree of confidentiality; employment is contingent upon Security Clearance – Reliability Status.
