This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism in their home environments.
• Adhere to behavior intervention strategies designed by a BCBA.
• Precisely gather and record data during each therapy session.
• Assist in the development of skills related to communication, social interaction, and daily living activities.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, families, and colleagues to ensure uniformity in care.
• Establish trustworthy and supportive relationships with clients and their families.
• Engage in regular training, supervision, and opportunities for professional growth.
• A high school diploma is mandatory; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, child development, or a similar field is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written).
• Reliable personal transportation is required (rideshare services are not acceptable).
• A strong passion for working with children with developmental disabilities and the desire to make a positive difference in their home settings.
• An interest in psychology, education, or behavior therapy.
• Must be patient, empathetic, professional, and reliable.
