📋 Description

• Assess existing and proposed insurance contracts for clients, evaluating their competitiveness and the overall effectiveness of ancillary benefit packages.

• Create requests for proposals (RFPs) and marketing presentations based on carrier submissions, ensuring they are clear and aligned with client goals.

• Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure that sales initiatives support the strategic objectives of the business.

• Keep precise and current records in client management systems, ensuring that documentation complies with quality standards.

• Leverage technology, including APIs and digital tools, to enhance quoting processes, improve workflow efficiency, and elevate client service.

• Provide support to Senior Benefit and Marketing Analysts, aiding in benefit analysis for the development of marketing presentations.

• Offer timely, accurate, and strategic analyses to bolster internal sales efforts and facilitate informed decisions for clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in group health and life insurance.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to evaluate carrier contracts and offer strategic recommendations.

• Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing several complex projects simultaneously.

• Technologically adept, with advanced Excel skills and experience in utilizing digital tools to streamline workflows.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Flourishes in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop technical expertise and enhance processes.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
