This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Deliver integrated behavioral health services alongside a team of primary and specialty care providers, focusing on clinical quality and patient-centered care.
• Manage a caseload of patients, conducting 30 to 45-minute therapy sessions for Galileo clients in your state of licensure, with designated time blocks each week to support them.
• Engage with a diverse patient demographic, as we are committed to creating an inclusive culture that welcomes individuals from all backgrounds.
• Address patient challenges promptly and effectively by utilizing resourcefulness, collaborating with team members to harness their expertise, and maintaining a proactive approach.
• Over 5 years of experience in providing teletherapy (via text, video, and phone) and incorporating technology and data into care delivery.
• Proficient in evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT).
• Experienced in developing safety plans and interventions for clients presenting with higher risk situations.
• Licensed and credentialed to assist patients dealing with clinical issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
• Possession of an active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and/or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or equivalent.
• Active licensure in Oregon is required; additional licenses in Texas, Maryland, Tennessee, Massachusetts, and/or California are advantageous.
• Professional fluency in Spanish, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding cultural nuances relevant to native Spanish speakers in medical contexts, is a plus.
