Behavioral Health Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized telehealth professional or mental health coaching to clients of Intellect.

• Concentrate on sub-clinical issues such as workplace stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing personal or career objectives, as well as enhancing their relationships.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team by providing suggestions for program and platform enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active International Coaching Federation Certification OR a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling/Clinical Psychology.

• Proficient in coaching methodologies and/or evidence-based practices (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• ICF Coaches must have completed a minimum of 200 coaching hours.

• Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists need to have at least 300 clinical hours post-graduation.

• The candidate must be fluent in English and the local language.

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in EAP, counselling adults, or coaching in managerial positions.
