This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the operational implementation of KLDiscovery's comprehensive Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program across the enterprise.
• Direct enterprise-level Business Impact Analyses (BIAs): identify essential operations, map interdependencies, and document Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) for all relevant business units.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders and IT/Engineering stakeholders to collect and verify inputs for the BIA process.
• Design and organize Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testing scenarios, tabletop exercises, and Disaster Recovery (DR) failover tests at least once a year for each type.
• Create and implement a comprehensive BC/DR training program for the entire organization.
• Monitor and record adherence to ISO 22301 and NFPA 1600 standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or enterprise risk management.
• Availability to work on weekends and late nights as required by business demands.
• Practical experience in conducting BIAs and preparing or maintaining BCPs.
• Knowledge of BC/DR frameworks such as ISO 22301 and NFPA 1600.
• Proven experience in facilitating tabletop or functional exercises.
• Excellent written communication skills; capable of producing findings reports and BCP documentation.
• Strong organizational abilities; adept at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools (such as LogicGate or similar).
