Backoffice Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement regulatory and compliance procedures, including Bacenjud, CCS0011, and Bacen Correios;

• Track metrics, assess performance, and suggest innovative solutions or data sources for KYC and customer data enhancements;

• Carry out KYC and KYB processes, which encompass business validation and verification of professional licenses;

• Confirm tax identification numbers and execute criminal background investigations;

• Analyze and resolve false positives in risk and compliance procedures;

• Establish and refine KYC regulations and workflows;

• Supervise manual review queues and manage onboarding overflow tasks;

• Conduct rechecks and ensure customer records are current.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL;

• Experience in automating and developing solutions using Claude Code, Droid, and other LLMs;

• Expertise in data analysis utilizing dashboards and spreadsheets;

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;

• A strong sense of grit and ownership;

• Robust analytical abilities complemented by logical reasoning;
