Backend Crypto Engineer – L1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Integrate our current systems with innovative new blockchains.

• Design and develop applications and data protection systems that are low-latency, high-availability, and highly secure.

• Create services that are highly scalable and capable of handling large volumes.

• Write code that is reusable, testable, and efficient.

• Design and enhance database schemas.

• Take ownership of, develop, and maintain existing cryptocurrency services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development.

• General knowledge of layer-1 blockchain development.

• Strong backend development skills, particularly in Typescript (Node.js) and/or Rust.

• A profound understanding of cryptographic principles and scalable application architecture.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Temporal, and GNU/Linux environments.

• Proficient in version control tools (Git) and experienced with automated testing frameworks.

• A passion for secure, privacy-centric blockchain solutions and a keen interest in cryptocurrencies.

• Ability to adapt and remain resilient in rapidly changing technical environments.

• Strong proficiency in AI is highly preferred.
