πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take ownership of performance and outcomes across paid digital channels (such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads) and retargeting, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the factors that drive success on each platform, with a focus on ROAS, CPL, and pipeline contribution.

β€’ Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, the outbound team, and external vendors to brief, refine, and test ad assets across paid channels, maintaining a systematic creative testing schedule that fosters ongoing enhancement.

β€’ Develop and sustain weekly performance reports for paid media, converting data into actionable insights and plans for internal teams and external partners, focusing on storytelling rather than just presenting numbers.

β€’ Regularly track campaign performance with external vendors (including bid adjustments, audience targeting, ad copy modifications), and landing page enhancements to boost conversion rates and reduce cost per lead, adeptly identifying which strategies to implement and responding swiftly to data insights.

β€’ Recognize growth opportunities within both established and emerging channels, constructing a business case for investment that includes clear requirements for reporting, creative execution, and scalability.

β€’ Proven track record of managing and enhancing organic search presence through SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies, encompassing on-page optimization, keyword planning, and content structuring for both traditional and AI-driven search.

β€’ Strategically repurpose well-crafted content across digital channels, adjusting format, messaging, and tone to align with each platform and target audience.

β€’ Create and optimize landing pages to support both paid and organic initiatives, maintaining a full-funnel perspective from ad click to qualified lead, with a continual focus on improving conversion rates.

β€’ Oversee and maintain QBench's website presence, utilizing Webflow or similar platforms to facilitate landing page support, content updates, and conversion performance enhancements.

β€’ Act as QBench's in-house AI enablement lead for marketing, proactively researching, testing, and implementing AI tools to enhance our content creation, distribution, and campaign optimization processes.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a solid grounding in paid channels, organic search, and content distribution.

β€’ 2 to 3 years of direct, hands-on experience with paid digital platforms, possessing a clear understanding of campaign structure and performance drivers.

β€’ Strong proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn, including campaign architecture, audience targeting, bid strategy, and optimization techniques.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices, with a working awareness of the evolution of each discipline in an AI-driven search landscape.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to repurpose content across diverse channels, formats, and audiences, with a strategic focus on maximizing content performance.

β€’ Practical experience using AI tools in marketing initiatives, possessing the motivation and curiosity to remain at the forefront of emerging trends.

β€’ Familiarity with Webflow or other website management systems for regular updates, landing page development, and site optimization tasks.

β€’ Self-motivated and effective in a fully remote, asynchronous work environment.
