Azure Cloud Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Create and deploy Azure cloud infrastructure and hybrid cloud setups.

• Set up and manage container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker) within the Azure environment.

• Streamline processes through Automation using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, Ansible).

• Cloud Governance: oversee, monitor, and enhance cost, performance, security, compliance, and policies in Azure.

• Provide level 2/3 support for incidents and modifications.

• Actively assist with projects and implementations for clients across Belgium.

• Offer guidance to clients and internal teams regarding Azure best practices and emerging technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure.

• Proficiency in container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and virtualization.

• Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform, etc.).

• Experience with monitoring tools and principles of cloud security.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills in both Dutch and English (French is an advantage).
