AWS MS Engineer – Typescript, Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborates with diverse clients and projects to ensure optimal performance of customer systems.

• Develops and tailors new functionalities within client systems, encompassing web applications, reporting tools, and troubleshooting utilities.

• Responds to trouble tickets and provides assistance to customers through email, phone, and video calls.

• Updates and maintains VoiceFoundry products and tools to enhance and broaden our service offerings to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with AWS Serverless concepts and services.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and prepared to undergo a Public Trust background check.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in writing and editing software using vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and particularly the NodeJS framework.

• Capability to troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and work collaboratively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues with minimal guidance.

• Effective communication skills and a strong sense of urgency are essential.

• A curious mindset is crucial for these engineers to identify the best approaches for integrating enhancements into client systems.
