AWS Data Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• We are looking for a skilled Technical Architect to create scalable, high-performance data solutions.

• Convert business and functional requirements into technical architectures and designs.

• Possess strong hands-on expertise in Python, Teradata, and Redshift.

• Must have participated in multiple Data Platform modernization initiatives on AWS.

• In-depth knowledge of AWS PostgreSQL, Redshift, and Teradata is essential.

• Design data solutions utilizing AWS and PostgreSQL.

• Review and design high-quality Python solutions.

• Lead SQL design and optimize performance on large data sets.

• Offer technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and provide best-practice recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in IT with a strong foundation in Data architecture.

• Extensive Python development experience (up to 5 years).

• Proficient in SQL and skilled in query optimization.

• Practical experience with AWS, particularly Amazon Redshift and PostgreSQL.

• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL design and performance tuning.

• Results-driven with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and complete assigned tasks.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ownership-focused, analytical, and possess a mentoring attitude.
