AVP, Office of Agile – Tools Configuration & Intake Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for managing the Office of Agile applications, which includes story validation and creation, roadmaps, objectives, grooming, and PI Planning.

• Advocate for change by ensuring the Office of Agile actively supports Agile Delivery communities through the distribution of guidance on the use of Agile Tools.

• Act as a change agent to identify and resolve opportunities for process simplification and to enhance monitoring mechanisms, leading to an optimal control environment.

• Analyze performance gaps within the Office of Agile team and Agile Release Train (ART) to drive improvements in tools and knowledge across Agile Delivery communities.

• Deliver Agile enablement and performance services to Executives and their teams.

• Provide strategic insights to evolve, streamline, and mature the Office of Agile Tools.

• Offer direct support to the VP, Office of Agile Tools Lead, ensuring timely and efficient execution of all Agile configurations and integrations.

• Provide direct assistance to the VP, Common Intake Process Leader, to guarantee timely and effective execution of all Intake configurations.

• Undertake additional duties and/or special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Technology or Process Management, OR a High School Diploma/G.E.D. with at least 10 years of experience in Technology or Process Management in lieu of a degree.

• At least 5 years of administrative experience with JIRA and Confluence.

• Proven experience in driving improvements across complex organizations and processes with varying levels of maturity.

• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with a demonstrated track record of strong leadership, including training capabilities.

• System Administration experience in JIRA and Confluence.

• Tool Administration experience in JIRA Align.

• Extensive expertise in Groovy and Type scripting.

• Significant experience with Common Intake/Ideation Systems.

• Familiarity with Change Governance Processes.
