Automation Analyst – PL/SR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and maintain RPA bots across various platforms.

• Serve as a bridge between legacy systems and modern technologies through APIs.

• Manage the orchestration of robots, ensuring strict queue control and log analysis.

• Identify bottlenecks in repetitive processes and suggest technical optimizations.

• Conduct handover and ensure technical continuity for ongoing projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with at least two tools: PEGA RPA (OpenSpan), Automation Anywhere (AA), or Microsoft Power Automate.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and VBScript for creating custom scripts.

• Experience with consuming APIs (REST/SOAP) and database manipulation.

• Familiarity with robot architecture and exception handling.

• Experience in the Insurance sector or with large ERP/Legacy systems is a plus.
