This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management and monitoring of customer orders, purchases, and delivery deadlines

• Processing of returns

• Receiving orders from key clients via phone

• Providing telephone support and advice to private users

• Communication and coordination with sales, logistics, and accounting

• Creation and maintenance of order documents, inventory records, and system data

• Conducting inventories

• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints

• Actively contributing to process improvements

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

• Professional experience in order processing and telephone customer service

• Proficient in MS Office

• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage

• Strong communication skills

• Enjoyment of direct customer contact via phone and email

• Team-oriented mindset

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written

• Good English language skills, both spoken and written
