Auftragsmanager, Kundenservice – Auftragssteuerung

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Handling customer inquiries of various types in functional mailboxes

• Conducting internal clarifications and corresponding customer communication

• Independently managing customer contracts and, if necessary, creating procurement requests

• Ensuring the internal order processing workflow

• Sending out reports

• Participating in internal and external regular meetings

• Keeping internal and external minutes

• Supporting the entire process from proposal creation to handover into ongoing operations within the customer team

• Providing organizational and operational support in order management

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in German

• Successfully completed commercial, administrative, or comparable vocational training or similar qualifications with relevant work experience (certificate of completion)

• Knowledge and experience with ERP, CRM, or service management systems

• Professional experience in order, service, customer, or process management within the last ten years

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Affinity for IT topics and IT applications

• Experience in creating minutes, status reports, or reports

• Knowledge and experience with overviews, documentation, or action tracking and their maintenance

• Experience in proposal or order management

• Experience in evaluation and action controlling

• Experience in coordinating tasks, projects, and topics across multiple contacts and interest groups

• Professional experience in an IT field

• Professional experience in public administration
