This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Listen to and analyze insurance sales calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.

• Assess the accuracy of information provided to clients and ensure appropriate guidance is given regarding insurance products.

• Identify improvement areas in the sales process and offer constructive feedback to the sales representatives team.

• Ensure that general and health insurance sales are conducted ethically, accurately, and in compliance with established policies and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the role (mandatory).

• At least 1 year of experience as an automotive insurance sales executive (not mandatory).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

• Middle Education C.H. / Technical.
