This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• The position of Casualty Auditor includes the development, planning, execution, and reporting of technical and data quality audits throughout the business unit. Casualty audits will be conducted in accordance with internal audit policies and procedures as well as client specifications.
• This role will require collaboration with the business in the Casualty area and interaction with Davies' operational and support functions as necessary. It will involve analyzing data and claims information, identifying risks, and providing recommendations for claim enhancements within the business unit.
• It is essential for the auditor to have a keen interest in enhancing Casualty quality and a strong attention to detail. They will be responsible for driving the Casualty processes and ensuring data quality aligns with client guidelines and Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
• Essential:
• - A broad background in handling various liability claims and/or processes.
• - Proficiency in computer skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• - Capability to consistently demonstrate experience in monitoring and facilitating the successful execution of effective corrective/improvement plans until completion and in a timely manner.
• - Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
• - Competence in presenting data to stakeholders along with proposed changes.
