Audio & Video Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the production and publishing workflow for audio and video content, ensuring the necessary content volume is available in the service.

• Set independent quantitative targets for content volume and develop a strategy to achieve these goals while tracking performance against the plan on short cycles (every 2-3 days); if the plan deviates, swiftly diagnose the issue and initiate additional tasks to bridge the gap.

• Proactively identify areas for financial growth within the service (such as increasing content volume, converting freemium users to paying customers, exploring new content sources/formats, and monetization strategies) and propose actionable solutions to management.

• Evaluate content metrics (including volume, quality, conversion, and retention) and create reports/dashboards.

• Collaborate with Product, Production, and AI/Tech teams to execute various initiatives.

• Experiment with and implement AI tools to enhance content production and processing efficiency.

• Ensure that all content adheres to service guidelines and meets quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at B2+ level.

• Proficient in Russian at C1+ level.

• Spanish or Chinese language skills are a plus.

• 2-4+ years of experience managing content (video/audio production, content operations) within the dating/social/media sectors.

• Proven experience working with content metrics and conversion funnels; a track record of independently setting and achieving quantitative KPIs.

• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel (basic formulas, data analysis).

• Basic knowledge of video/audio production.

• Experience with AI tools for content generation and processing.

• Familiarity with Bitrix CRM is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills to build and maintain partner relationships.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently.

• A sense of ownership regarding performance and outcomes.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the capability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
