Associate Principal – Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee small to medium-scale, multi-disciplinary projects with increasing autonomy.

• Steer projects from programming phase to closeout—clarifying project requirements and ensuring deliverables align with standards.

• Provide mentorship to Designers and Engineers through practical guidance and constructive feedback.

• Develop robust client relationships through effective communication and dependable follow-through.

• Contribute to GitHub initiatives and enhance standards, tools, and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical) or equivalent experience.

• Over 6 years of experience in AEC or related professional services.

• Strong comprehension of project delivery workflows and documentation standards.

• High proficiency in Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub.

• Preferred industry certifications by discipline include: PSP/CPP (Security), CDT, EIT, PE, PMP.
