Associate Medical Writer – Neuroscience Publications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create content outlines and drafts for slide presentations, digital resources, manuscripts, congress publications, and meeting materials under the guidance of senior staff.

• Generate thoroughly researched, technically precise, well-crafted, and presentable documents.

• Tailor writing and communication styles to suit various target audiences.

• Ensure that all materials align with project briefs, adhere to deadlines, and comply with internal quality standards.

• Volunteer for precise data verification in accordance with BOLD procedures.

• Design visual PowerPoint presentations.

• Accurately incorporate feedback into current and future assignments.

• Investigate scientific literature and expand knowledge across therapy areas and client accounts.

• Acquire knowledge of Medical Communications, the healthcare sector, the pharmaceutical industry, and BOLDSCIENCE protocols.

• Understand internal quality assurance processes, including internal reviews.

• Organize and prioritize tasks across several projects effectively.

• Participate in internal status meetings and keep teams informed about progress and actions.

• Resolve issues, drive outcomes, and seek assistance from senior colleagues when necessary.

• Collaborate with client services, creative teams, and the broader BOLD group.

• Adhere to deadlines and notify senior scientific team members regarding progress or any delays.

• Complete timesheets accurately and in a timely manner.

• Maintain an average billability rate of 85–90%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (PhD, MD, PharmD, etc.).

• Writing experience gained through advanced studies or other activities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in communicating with senior leadership.

• Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for learning and acquiring new skills.

• Inquisitive attitude and desire to enhance scientific knowledge across various therapy areas.
