⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree is mandatory

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in value-based care

• Proven experience in managing Nurse Practitioners or clinical teams

• Extensive knowledge of care gap initiatives

• In-depth understanding of risk adjustment strategies

• Experience in developing clinical workflows

• Ability to thrive in dynamic operational settings
