This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Design and implement marketing strategies for patients and consumers, along with annual brand plans to facilitate the successful launch and commercialization of DT120.
• Oversee essential patient marketing projects throughout the product lifecycle, including planning for pre-launch, audience segmentation, campaign execution, performance assessment, and optimization.
• Lead the digital patient engagement strategy, incorporating both branded and unbranded web experiences, CRM, social media, search, and other non-personal promotional efforts.
• Manage the promotional review process (MLR/PRC) to ensure compliance of all patient-facing marketing materials with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Sales, and various cross-functional commercial teams to align patient engagement plans with overarching business goals.
• Direct external agency partners in creative, digital, media, analytics, and market research to produce impactful, ROI-driven initiatives within budget constraints.
• Convert insights from patients, caregivers, and the market into actionable strategies that enhance engagement, differentiation, and readiness for launch.
• Assist with patient advocacy, congress, and community engagement efforts to boost awareness, education, and brand visibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors, particularly in patient/consumer marketing, digital marketing, and product launch support.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations related to patient/consumer promotion and digital communications.
• Experience in both branded and unbranded patient/consumer marketing is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams within a matrix environment.
• Expertise in analyzing market trends, competitive intelligence, patient insights, and campaign performance to guide strategic decision-making.
• Strong collaboration skills; intellectually curious, solutions-focused, and effective in communicating and promoting strategic recommendations.
• Experience in launching products in the U.S. pharmaceutical market is required.
• Familiarity with digital engagement platforms, CRM, web strategies, social media, and non-personal promotion is necessary.
• Preferred experience in CNS/psychiatry, specialty pharmaceuticals, or complex treatment categories.
• Experience with REMS products or innovative treatment delivery models is advantageous.
• Capability to synthesize complex clinical, market, and customer data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to persuade senior, cross-functional, and agency stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, averaging 10–20%, with increased travel during key launch phases.
