This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Act as a strategic ally and trusted leader, steering compliance, accreditation, and ongoing enhancement initiatives across nursing programs.
• Monitor and analyze regulatory requirements at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Suggest and implement policy revisions to maintain continuous compliance.
• Foster a culture of ethics, accountability, and professional excellence.
• Co-facilitate accreditation processes (CCNE, ACEN, state boards) in collaboration with the Dean of Nursing.
• Prepare self-evaluations, reports, and documentation for program assessments.
• Formulate action plans that improve outcomes and support accreditation sustainability.
• Ensure that the curriculum is up-to-date, evidence-based, and complies with licensure standards.
• Collaborate with faculty to align outcomes with national and state expectations.
• Utilize student performance data to continuously improve program delivery.
• Oversee compliance processes related to licensure, background checks, and clinical preparedness.
• Ensure faculty fulfill credentialing and licensure prerequisites.
• Act as a mentor and resource for navigating accreditation and compliance issues.
• Work with clinical partners to secure high-quality placement opportunities.
• Guarantee that simulation and laboratory experiences meet regulatory and educational benchmarks.
• Supervise continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Monitor key metrics such as retention, graduation rates, and NCLEX outcomes.
• Convert data into actionable enhancements that boost student success.
• Master’s degree in Nursing (Doctorate preferred).
• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing education.
• Active, unencumbered RN license (Utah or Compact).
• Extensive knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards (CCNE, ACEN, state boards).
• Experience leading accreditation evaluations and quality improvement projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
