📋 Description

• Collection and assessment of utility invoices and consumption statistics

• Analysis of utility rebate programs

• Compile weather data and conduct bin analysis

• Carry out measurement and verification processes

• Execute anomaly detection based on utility consumption considering site weather and occupancy

• Conduct research on technology

• Perform financial evaluations

• Analyze building load and energy using software like DOE2 and Energy Plus

• Conduct HVAC load evaluations and assess system performance

• Knowledgeable about energy conservation measures for lighting upgrades
