Art Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Create, propose, and implement innovative concepts that effectively communicate the message through animation, video, typography, sound, and AI-enhanced content.

• Produce captivating, high-quality visual stories for social media, product updates, original AI launches, new features, and artwork releases targeted at Asian markets.

• Consistently brainstorm new ideas to ensure content remains engaging, relevant, and in line with brand objectives.

• Guide and support junior designers, overseeing projects from initial concept to final delivery while upholding the highest quality standards.

• Efficiently manage timelines and resources to guarantee that all projects are completed punctually, within budget, and surpass expectations.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including writers, editors, producers, and client managers, maintaining proactive communication to turn creative concepts into practical results.

• Keep abreast of emerging trends, explore new tools, and push creative limits to ensure the work remains innovative and forward-thinking.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-7+ years of experience in design, production, and post-production.

• Proficiency in at least two of the following tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign.

• Strong comprehension of the complete art production process, from concept through to delivery.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, precision, and a keen eye for detail.

• Strong visual sensibility with the flexibility to adapt your style while maintaining original creative expression.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas to teams and clients.

• A genuine interest in emerging technologies and AI-driven creative tools.

• Comfort in dealing with ambiguity, transforming vague ideas into clear and actionable plans.
