Arquitecto de Software – Azure, Microservicios

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design scalable and secure software architectures for transactional systems.

• Knowledge of design patterns and software architecture principles.

• Implementation of patterns such as Event Sourcing and CQRS.

• Management of compensated transactions and handling of event-driven transactions.

• Structuring services and orchestrating them using patterns like Microservices and Service Mesh.

• Design loosely coupled and highly distributed applications using technologies such as messaging and message queues.

• Knowledge in database schema design and optimization of queries.

• Development on SQL databases (preferably SQL Server).

• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in systems engineering or related fields.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an architect.

• Knowledge and experience in: C# language, .NET.

• Knowledge and experience with SQL Server.

• Best practices for clean architectures, SOLID principles, and event-driven architecture.

• Essential knowledge of Azure cloud, including configuration and implementation of solutions in Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Data Factory.

• Architectural patterns and microservices-oriented architectural styles.

• Understanding of asynchronous architectures.

• Knowledge in software development, preferably in Angular and NodeJS (the role does not require development, but support for the team on technical queries is expected).

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
