Architectural Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create, modify, and sustain comprehensive architectural models utilizing BIM tools.

• Guarantee the precision, consistency, and adherence of models to project standards and specifications.

• Oversee and coordinate BIM data across various project teams.

• Conduct clash detection and model validation through coordination software.

• Facilitate the incorporation of data-driven workflows within architectural projects.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to synchronize design intent and technical specifications.

• Maintain documentation and version control for BIM models and related data.

• Assist in the development and enforcement of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.

• Offer technical support and direction on BIM-related tools and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural drafting, BIM modeling, or similar positions.

• High level of proficiency in Revit.

• Significant experience with Solibri for model verification and coordination.

• Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and data management practices.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage intricate datasets.

• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to effectively collaborate within project teams and juggle multiple tasks concurrently.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and skill in identifying and rectifying model discrepancies.
