Architect / Principal, AI ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Define comprehensive architecture for AI and machine learning solutions.

• Act as a strategic consultant for clients.

• Design scalable solutions utilizing cloud-native AI technologies.

• Lead the integration of Generative AI within enterprise applications.

• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.

• Provide guidance on MLOps frameworks to teams.

• Assess build-versus-buy options for AI tools.

• Analyze emerging technologies in the AI sector.

• Mentor technical teams and enhance organizational knowledge.

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of strategies with business goals.

• Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration to uncover opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline with over 15 years of industry experience.

• Strong understanding of AI architecture patterns.

• Extensive experience with Python and machine learning libraries.

• Practical experience with Generative AI APIs.

• Background in designing enterprise AI systems with MLOps.

• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and containerization.

• Experience in Data Governance, Model Risk Management, and compliance standards.

• In-depth understanding of machine learning theories, algorithms, and methodologies.

• Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.

• Proven ability to think strategically and foster innovation.
