Architect – OpenShift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.

📋 Description

• Act as a champion for customers by designing effective solutions and ensuring their innovative and reliable implementation and support.

• Conduct successful discovery, analysis, and design workshops for small to medium-sized teams, encompassing both technical and non-technical participants, to shape and inspire customer use cases and architectural design choices.

• Define project scopes and assist customers in navigating through successful pilot and production rollouts.

• Create, develop, and deliver content that empowers the larger Red Hat organization to effectively sell, service, and support our cloud and infrastructure solutions on a large scale.

• Play a role in developing repeatable methodologies and tools aimed at enhancing Red Hat's service capabilities, encouraging recurring customer engagements, and minimizing delivery risks.

• Lead and contribute to the delivery of Red Hat solutions utilizing Red Hat tools and technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a consulting capacity; capability to deliver in one-on-one engagements.

• Strong customer-facing abilities; skilled in presenting to customers and guiding customer interactions.

• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies at a delivery level.

• Proven experience in implementing container technologies within an enterprise environment and across enterprise-wide deployments.

• Familiarity with one or more of Red Hat’s infrastructure solutions, such as Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.

• Insight into the open source community.

• Exceptional problem-solving and planning capabilities.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• The following are advantageous: Knowledge of AI technologies and Red Hat OpenShift AI.

• Experience in onboarding applications and application teams to cloud or container platforms, incorporating DevOps, continuous delivery (CD), application lifecycle management, and GitOps.

• Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) certification.

• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification.
